1. French Sale and Leaseback Properties:

The most popular type of property purchase by our clients in France.   Here are the main features:

• You buy a freehold French property, our properties range from apartments, townhouses and villas throughout France.
• You benefit from a refund of the VAT portion of the purchase price.  The VAT rate in France today is 19.6%.  This refund is made to you within 6 months of taking ownership of your property.
• Your property will be fully managed by an approved rental and property management company.  
• You receive a guaranteed rental income for your property over a period of between 9-12 years (renewable thereafter).

We are pleased to offer a large range of properties in France which qualify under the leaseback scheme.    Our offers range from properties for investors only with no occupancy but strong income, properties with some occupancy weeks per year and also those which can suit those seeking a holiday home with up to 6 months holidays per year.

 2. Classic French Property Purchase:

For those who would like more flexibility with their French property we recommend a "classic French property purchase". 
We are pleased to offer a range of holiday homes or investment properties throughout France.

In the case of purchasing an investment property we will be pleased to put you in touch with a local management company to arrange seasonal or year-round rental of your property.  Rental leases can be available under a guaranteed rental lease for up to 9 years, often available for unfurnished properties.  Where you would like to enjoy your property for part of the year we will be pleased to arrange seasonal letting as an alternative.

If you are looking for a holiday home in France, we will be very pleased to propose a range of new build or resale properties, again matching your criteria.
